Infamous tells of Cole, he’s a courier, his life has changed when he should accidentally drove a secret package that contained a bomb. The bomb exploded and destroyed part of the Empire City, the town where he was.

However, he was not killed and can withstand the blast. Instead, he now has a special power not possessed by normal human beings. He can control the electric power, absorbing power, and make use of all electrical energy as he wants.

After that he has made himself the cause of the accidents that befall the Empire City with the majority population.

Cole, along with his best friend, Zeke, tried to break the quarantine on the town. Did not work as they expect, Cole was captured and brought into contact with an FBI agent named Moya.
Moya who know the advantages and problems affecting Cole then offered a conditional deal for him.
